Viibet Terms & Conditions — Applicable to all users

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Viibet platform and all its services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on Viibet, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Viibet is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. The platform operates under an international gaming licence and conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with Viibet, the following requirements must be met:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Viibet supports multiple payment methods, including Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals to a new payment method.

Viibet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Viibet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Viibet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For ongoing bonuses, any wagering conditions already met will be honoured.

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing a bet on Viibet:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is called off.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the full stake will be refunded.
• Technical Error: For bets placed due to a technical error on the website or app, Viibet reserves the right to apply the correct odds or void the bet.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win limit per single bet may vary depending on the event and market.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. If there is a delay, the odds you receive may differ.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Viibet platform. If detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities or technical weaknesses in the platform.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or personal information.
• Participation in any form of fraudulent activity.

In the event of any of the above violations, Viibet reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Viibet takes the protection of user data seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption, providing a level of security equivalent to that of banking systems.

Your personal information (name, mobile number, transaction details) is never sold or shared with third parties. Information may only be disclosed when required by law or requested by relevant authorities.

The following features are available free of charge to all members on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Set a cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours.
• Betting History: View your full transaction and betting history at any time.
• Reality Check: Set reminders at regular intervals.

Users may close their account at any time. The option to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure.

Viibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents.
• Law enforcement directives.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (24 months).

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the process outlined below:

Viibet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following rules apply to any such changes:

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before the changes take effect.
• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address and posted on the platform's notice board.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
